Justin Merideth
Head Coach
Justin Merideth once again assumed the mantle of leadership for EMHS Football for the fall 2024 season. Merideth has served as the EMHS Linebackers Coach since 2021.
In December of 2024, Coach Justin Merideth was named as the 2024 Central Oklahoma Athletic Conference (COAC) Coach of the Year! In just his first year back as the head coach, Merideth, along with his coaching staff, players, families, boosters and supporters, led the program to the most successful season in recent memory. Bulldog Football went 9-3 (7-1 in district) on the season and finished as Edmond City Champions, District Championship Runners-up, Oklahoma Class 6A-1 Regional Champions as well as OSSAA State Semi-finalists. The historic season also saw multiple players break EMHS football records as well as bring home an abundance of conference and district awards.
Prior to becoming the linebacker coach, Merideth served as the Head Football Coach for Edmond Memorial from 2009-2017. During this time he helped lead the Bulldogs to six playoff appearances (two wins) and five City Championships. Before taking the lead coach spot, he was the Defensive Coordinator for the Bulldogs for 3 years (2006-2008). Coach Merideth’s first coaching stop was at his hometown Midwest City High School.
As a high school player, Merideth won two state championships at Midwest City in 1994 and 1995. He then played college football at Northeastern State University where they won 2 Conference championships in 1998 and 1999.
Currently, Merideth resides in Edmond with wife, Jamie and two daughters, Reese and Presley.
Coaching Staff 2025
Kyle McComb
Offensive Line Coach & Recruiting Co-Coordinator
Kyle McComb is starting his third year as a coach for Edmond Memorial Football and first year as the Offensive Line Coach. Additionally, he will continue to serve as a recruiting coordinator for the Bulldogs.
Before coming to Memorial, McComb has an extensive coaching resume from California that includes 6 years at El Capitan High School, 5 years at Christian High School and 4 years as the Defensive Line Coach at his alma matter, Granite Hills High School. As a high school player, he played Defensive End, H-back, Fullback and Long Snapper.
He attended college at Grossmont JUCO as well as the University of North Texas, where he played on the offensive line.
Originally from El Cajon, CA, he has lived in Edmond since 2021 with wife, Dacia. They have four sons, Justus, David, Colton & Maverick as well as one daughter, Presley.
Emilio Davison
Tight Ends/H-Backs Coach & Recruiting Co-Coordinator
Emilio Davison is starting his second season at Memorial and entering his eighth season coaching football. He will coach the Tight Ends & H-Backs along with serving as a recruiting coordinator for the Bulldogs.
Prior to his time at Edmond Memorial, Davison coached at East Central University for two seasons, serving as the Tight Ends coach in 2023, and the assistant Offensive Line coach in 2022. During his time at ECU, they won the Heritage Bowl, and he played a vital role in recruiting a top 5 division 2 transfer class. Prior to East Central, Davison coached at his alma mater Norman North High School, along with having a prominent role at feeder Longfellow Middle School in Norman, OK for four seasons. He originally joined the staff in 2018 and served multiple roles at the high school and junior high levels.
A native of Denver, CO., and Norman, OK., Davison graduated from Norman North High School where he participated in football and track. While at Norman North, he played wide receiver and tight end and his high school team finished as the 6A-1 state runner-up. Davison is also a first-generation college graduate, having graduated with an Associate’s, Bachelor’s, and Master’s degree from Oklahoma City Community College, Southeastern Oklahoma State & East Central University respectively.
Seth Mead
Head Freshmen Coach
Seth Mead has made a significant impact at Edmond Memorial High School over the past four years. As the Head Freshman Coach and assistant varsity Offensive Line coach, he has demonstrated exceptional leadership and coaching skills. Initially, his journey with the Bulldogs began as the Defensive Ends coach.
Mead is an alumnus of the University of Central Oklahoma and showcased his athletic talents as a Tight End/H-Back for Northwestern Oklahoma State University before earning his degree.
Since taking over the freshman team, Coach Mead has led them to 4 consecutive winning seasons and the program’s first-ever X-Game Championship. Beyond the field, he is deeply committed to building relationships with athletes across all grade levels and plays a key role in player development throughout the program.
Coach Mead also directs the Edmond Youth Football Camp, helping to mentor and inspire the next generation of Bulldogs while strengthening the connection between the school and the local football communities all across Edmond.
Kendrick Warren
Co-Defensive Coordinator, Defensive Backs Coach & Managers
Warren begins his fifth season leading the defensive backs at Edmond Memorial. He joined the Memorial staff after spending the previous two seasons coaching both cornerbacks and linebackers at Yukon.
Prior to coaching in Yukon, Warren spent two seasons with the Oklahoma City Patriots co-op high school football program where he served as the Co-offensive Coordinator and the Secondary Coach.
Warren helped lead the Patriots to the NHSA National Championship game in Florida where they claimed the title in 2017.
Warren also spent a year as defensive coordinator and assistant head coach at Longfellow Mid-High in Norman, Oklahoma.
He is a native of Houston, Texas where he lettered for Westfield High as a linebacker. He spent his college years at The University of Oklahoma.
Warren has one daughter, Ryleigh.
Josh Allen
Offensive Coordinator
Josh Allen is entering his 24th season of coaching football. He joins the Bulldogs coaching staff most recently from Edmond Santa Fe High School where he coached wide receivers for two years but returns to the same position he held at Memorial from 2006-2009.
Additionally, Allen was the Quarterbacks Coach at Norman North High School in 2018 and was the Head Football Coach at Ponca City High School for six seasons. He also coached at Springdale High School in Arkansas from 2010 to 2012 where he led quarterbacks and wide receivers.
He began his coaching career as a student assistant at San Jose State in 2001 and had coaching stops at College of the Siskiyous, CA in 2002, Missouri Western State University in 2003, was the Offensive Coordinator at Derby High School in 2004 and the Offensive Coordinator at Fort Scott Community College in 2005.
Allen, a native of Edmond, graduated from Edmond Santa Fe High School in 1996, where he played football. He also played college football at Murray State and Butler County Community College, KS, where he was a part of the 1998 National Championship Team. He finished his college football career at Southwestern Oklahoma State.
He and his wife, Amy, have two sons, Sawyer and Beau.
Connor MacArthur
Wide Receivers Coach
Connor MacArthur comes to Edmond Memorial this year from McAlester High School, where he was the Wide Receivers Coach and the Passing Game Coordinator. Prior to coaching in McAlester, he was a Graduate Assistant Coach at SWOSU for 2 years where he helped with Running Backs, Wide Receivers and Safeties.
MacArthur is originally from Ventura, CA where he played Wide Receiver and Long Snapper for Buena High School. After High School, he played for Ventura College followed by Southwestern Oklahoma State University before graduating in 2020.
MacArthur lives in Edmond with wife, Macy.
Jimmy Northrip
Defensive Line Coach
Jimmy Northrip will be starting his 11th season coaching and his first at Edmond Memorial for the fall 2025 season. He joins the Bulldog Football coaching staff from Westmoore, where he spent the last year as their Defensive Coordinator.
Previous to that, his coaching experience includes as inside linebackers, run game and special teams coordinators at Choctaw as well as defensive line/special teams coordinator at Edmond North and the O-line/D-line coach at both Luther HS and Del City HS.
Northrip helped lead Choctaw to the state championship game in 2022 where they finished as State Runner-up and to the state semifinals in 2023. He has helped coach teams to six playoff appearances.
He graduated from Del City High School and was an active duty Marine for four years before graduating from UCO in 2020.
Northrip and his wife Christine reside in Edmond and have one child, JD.
Dustin Null
Defensive Tackles Coach & Buses
Dustin Null will be entering his 20th year of teaching and coaching. He previously coached at Lexington High School, Carnegie High School and Summit Middle School in Edmond.
Null graduated high school from Amber-Pocasset and then attended Southwestern Oklahoma State University and where he obtained a bachelors in Social Science Education.
He also played baseball for two years while attending SWOSU.
He has one son, Bronx.
Larry Brown
Running Backs Coach & Strength Conditioning
Coach Brown joined EMHS in 2023 from Midland, TX where he spent 6 years coaching at Trinity Midland.
He will be taking on the additional duties of Running Backs Coach for the fall 2025 season. This is in on top of his role as Strength and Conditioning Coordinator.
During his tenure with Bulldog Football, he has trained and motivated players to set multiple school records in the weight room.
Coach Brown is also a graduate of Oklahoma Christian University here in Edmond.
Ryan Gregg
Linebackers Coach & Middle School Supervisor
Ryan Gregg is entering his third season coaching, second with the Bulldogs. He will coach the Linebackers along with serving as the Middle School Supervisor.
Prior to his time at Edmond Memorial, Gregg coached at Central Middle School for one year, where he started his teaching and coaching careers. Gregg served as the Defensive Coordinator and also as the O-line and D-line coach.
Gregg, an Edmond native, graduated from Oklahoma Christian Academy, where he participated in football, basketball and baseball. While in high school, he was a two-time All District Offensive Lineman, All Edmond Offensive Lineman and part of the state Quarterfinalist team in 2017.
He went on to play football at Bethel College from 2019-2023. During his time at Bethel, Gregg was a part of three consecutive conference championship teams from 2020-2022, with a national playoff appearance in the 2020-21 season, the first for Bethel in 14 years. He was also a four year letterman, four year KCAC Scholar Athlete and two year NAIA Scholar Athlete.
Gregg graduated from Bethel with a Bachelor’s Degree in Health and Physical Education and is currently working towards a Master’s Degree in Special Education at Southeastern Oklahoma State University.
Broc Berus
Assistant Defensive Backs Coach
Broc Berus is beginning his coaching career with with the Bulldogs. He will assist with coaching the Defensive backs.
Prior to coming to Edmond Memorial, Berus played linebacker at the University of Central Oklahoma after playing running back and linebacker at Shiloh Christian School. While playing high school football, he earned All-State and All-Conference honors.
Berus hails from Ada but will soon live an Edmond with his wife, Ashlynn, and sons Kai and Kynzo.
